Bleak Coffee
Welcome to this, my dire carnival. Sit back, breathe deeply and try to enjoy the journey.
On an earlier incarnation of this site was where I met my current husband–in a gothic role-playing chatroom to be precise. Life doesn’t get much more mondo bizarro than that. Here we are still, a magical thirteen years later with a bungalow in suburbia, four cats and three endocrine disorders between us.
I am a 48-year-old woman with a longstanding fondness for the darker side of life. Moody, entreating and disarming, I can usually be found roaming the earth with my 36-year-old Utilikilted, ex-Navy submariner husband. Oddly socialized, most of our friends live scattered to the four corners of the planet, yet we know them all better than the people who have lived next door to us for years. I believe this trend is quietly becoming the norm for contemporary society.
Homogenization will make all of us neighbors in the decades to come. Have I met you?
Welcome home, neighbor.

Oh to be home … *smiles* … I love that you snaffled the site, it seems right somehow.
Do you have plans for the place ???
I wish it still existed in all it’s head spinning glory, I miss the chaos of the place, nights that turned into mornings and html fun.
I should be back online in a month or so … I’m working on getting a laptop for home.

loves you, misses you,
